second
section
In 1987 R. A. Monti
decided to make a New Model of the Atom.
This research started, consequently, with
a critical analysis of Atom Models.
The first paper of this series is “A
Brief History of the Atom, Cold Fusion and
Cold Fission”.
Followed by “Cold Fusion and Cold
Fission: Experimental evidence for the Alpha
Extended Model of the Atom”.
Papers presented in 1991 to ICCF-2, Como,
Italy. These papers were rejected by Bressani
and Preparata.
In 1992 R. A. Monti presented a paper to
ICCF-3, Nagoia, Japan, October 21-25, 1992.
This paper was not published by Ikegami
in the ICCF-3 Proceedings.
In 1994 R. A. Monti presented a paper to
ICCF-4, Maui, Hawaii, 6-9 December, 1993.
The paper was rejected by Passel and Mc
Kubre.
In 1995 R. A. Monti presented a paper to
ICCF- 5, Montecarlo, France, 12 April, 1995.
This paper was rejected by Fleischmann and
Pons.
In 1997 R. A. Monti presented a paper to
ICCF- 7 ,Vancouver, Canada , April 19-24
1998.
This paper was published in the Proceedings
of the Conference.
In 2000 R. A. Monti and E. F. Monti presented
a paper to ICCF- 8, Lerici, Italy, Maggio
21-26 2000.
This paper was rejected by F. Scaramuzzi.
In August 2000 R. A. Monti presented the
paper: "Low Energy Nuclear Reactions:
the Revival of Alchemy" to the St.
Petersburg Conference.
This paper was published in the Proceedings
of the Conference.
In 2002 R. A. Monti and G. A. Cesarano Monti
prepared the paper “Metallic Transmutations
Induced by Acetic Acid”.
For health reasons it was not possible to
go to ICCF-9, Peching, China 2002.
In 2003 R. A. Monti and G. A. Cesarano Monti
prepared the paper “Neutrons, Polyneutrons,
Composition of Polyneutrons" for ICCF-
10, Cambridge, Massachusetts 24 - 29 August
2003.
