This site features a library of papers on LENR, Low Energy Nuclear Reactions, also known as Cold Fusion. (CANR, Chemically Assisted Nuclear Reactions, is another term for this phenomenon.) It features a library of more than 180 original scientific papers in Acrobat format, reprinted with permission from the authors and publishers. The Italian Physical Society (IPS) was founded in 1897 and was tightly bound to the history of the monthly review " Il Nuovo Cimento ", which became a part of IPS constitutional heritage when Riccardo Felici, the owner of the journal, assigned it to the Society.
